IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD SENT TO YOU WHEN YOU REGISTER WILL NOT WORK UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED VIA EMAIL.

STEP 1 : Once you successfully login, you will land on YOUR DASHBOARD and see a page similar to the one below.

STEP 2 : You must scroll down the page and locate the CHANGE PASSWORD section.  Once you locate it as indicated below, you must enter your new password twice and press UPDATE PROFILE.

STEP 3: Make certain that you press the UPDATE PROFILE button to make certain your profile has been updated.  You will then see this response from the site at the top of YOUR DASHBOARD.

Each company has its own method for evaluating resumes. A small company may send a personalized response indicating that your resume was received. Many larger companies have automated email replies.

Some companies do not acknowledge the receipt of a resume unless they want to initiate the interview process.

If you think there may have been an issue with you submitting the form and want to make sure it made it to the employer, you can do the following:

• You should have received an email receipt that begins with, “Shalom, This is a copy of your application for …” confirming that your submission was sent.
• Please forward that receipt to JCareerPlacement@yu.edu and someone will respond to you within 24 – 48 hours.

Each website has it’s own database of users.  The Rabbinic site which you are on right now, is exclusive to Rabbis only and must be approved prior to having access granted.  If you feel you should be allowed access to this site, please fill out the register form and we will review your request.

The JCareers.Org will not accept your username and password from the Rabbinics account.  You must create a new account on JCareers.Org in order to submit applications on that site.
